Lemon, Ginger and Manuka Honey
“During my last course of chemo therapy I lost my taste for most flavours – except lemon. I needed to drink plenty of fluid as my saliva had dried up – yet water tasted metallic, and I often felt nauseous.
The combination of Lemon, Ginger and Manuka Honey syrup was my choice of drink. It was the only beverage that I could handle and enjoy. I could taste the fresh, natural flavour of lemon, the ginger helped calm the nausea and the Manuka Honey was soothing for my dry, ulcerated mouth and throat. My husband and I are big fans of Russian fudge. Lavender's Green Russian fudge is by far our favourite – absolutely divine, we simply can't get enough of it!
We have even converted our 4 year old daughter, who said "this is the best sweet stuff ever!!"

Very tasty Lemon, Honey & Ginger last night! It's nice to try one that the lemon tastes really fresh! Usually they are too overpowering with honey and too sweet!
