At Lavender’s Green we celebrate the natural beauty of lemons – their exquisite taste, visual beauty and health-giving properties. We produce a range of high-quality lemon based products including curds, chutneys, pickles and cordials all made from ingredients grown on our South Wairarapa farm – about three steps from our commercial country kitchen.
It is our desire to capture the beauty and simplicity of country life and  country provisions – wholesome, natural, fresh, tasty, full of goodness and integrity – and put it in a jar or bottle for you to enjoy.
Everything is made in small batches for maximum freshness and our products are gluten-free. We use organically grown and spray-free lemons, growing our own Meyer lemons chosen for their sweet and tangy flavour. We also receive generous support from our local lemon growers in return for product. It’s a real community effort.
We are part of the small farming town of Featherston. Just 55 minutes from Wellington in the beautiful Wairarapa region, known nationally and internationally for gorgeous, artisan food and award-winning wines.

Lavender's Green cordials now available in Air NZ Koru lounges.. On the dot of 4.00pm, in all Domestic and International Koru Lounges around New Zealand, Lavender’s Green hand-crafted and organically grown Lemon, Lime, and Lemon Ginger and Manuka Honey Cordials take on a new role as the sophisticated mixer for alcoholic cocktails.
During the day these new-to-the-lounges concentrates can be added to sparkling, still or hot water for a genuinely good and refreshing soft drink. What makes them so popular is the added zest and pulp in the syrups which haven’t been filtered out – those bits have been left in to intensify the flavour of home grown, farm fresh, New Zealand grown citrus.
